Tension is released with an explosion of light, heat, and many black arrows in zigzagging forms like many bolts of lightning. The force of the explosion has an intelligence to it, the arrows seek back and forth as if finding the best path for release or searching for something.
Whatever set the conditions for the explosion may not have been guided by any reason, but the same can not be said for the energies which it has released. Their evolution may seem chaotic, but they undeniably move towards equilibrium.
